EXERCISE TIPS

  • Exhale when pushing the weight up
  • Arms should be at a 90 degree angle at the bottom part of the motion
  • Keep your back flat on the bench
  • Bring the bar down to your chest
  • Keep your feet flat on the floor
  • Bar should make an arching motion when pressing up and down
