EXERCISE TIPS

  • Don't push your hips back on the downward part of the motion
  • Keep a 90 degree bend in both of your knees at the bottom part of the exercise
  • Keep your back heel high during the exercise
  • Keep fifty percent of your weight and power on each leg
  • Exhale when returning to your starting position
