My fitness journey began in 2007 when I tore my ACL playing rugby. Vigorous physical therapy sparked my interest in body mechanics and my desire to pursue fitness as a long-term career began.

I spent many years working behind the scenes in the fitness industry as Director of Operations for a major gym franchise while working towards my Masters in Exercise Science, attaining various certifications, and playing women's club-side rugby.

Today, I have seven years of professional experience training clients ages 6 through 88. My approach is holistic; a nod to the care and treatment I received after my ACL injury over a decade ago.
