Personal training is the core of Shuichi Take Fitness therefore we pride ourselves on providing professional and experienced personal trainers in the Miami and Miami Beach area. Our personal trainers offer consistency and results by educating our clients on how to incorporate healthy, sustainable habits into their busy schedule that work within their current lifestyle. By working within the parameters of your day to day schedule, our personal training programs create a path of success that is both obtainable and realistic. No, “lose weight fast” gimmicks or magic pill to get in shape—just tried and true fitness principles that incorporate healthier eating habits, regular personal training sessions customized for your specific goals, support and motivation!

Our personal trainers, who are all experienced, certified and insured, are available to meet you in your home or condominium gym in Miami or Miami Beach. Avoid driving to over-crowded gyms and packed classes. Have one of our personal trainers come to you in the convenience of your own home. Our personal trainers are also available to meet you at your local gym, neighborhood park, office or other location that is most convenient for you.

All new clients receive a detailed fitness evaluation which includes vitals measurements and fitness tests such as body fat, cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength, among others. A personalized fitness report with each client’s specific data and score results is also included. All tests are optional but encouraged to track results and improvements over time.

Training Philosophy

With almost 15 years in the fitness industry, Shuichi,who also holds degrees in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology, has had the opportunity to work with clients from all walks of life with a diverse range of goals. He has combined all of his experience, knowledge and expertise to create a finely tuned approach and philosophy to fitness by shaping a healthy body and mind that builds sustainable, healthy lifestyles. Although eating healthy throughout the day and regular exercise is the foundation of his healthy lifestyle, Shuichi firmly believes that life, and everything it has to offer, is meant to be enjoyed. Taking care of your health and body should be an essential component of one’s day that fits into your current lifestyle and daily schedule.
