Personal Trainer Overview

I offer 1 on 1 personal training, small group training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching.

We can train in the comfort of your home or use one of the two gyms I have access to: a fitness studio in Pembroke Pines or a CrossFit gym in Davie.

Training Philosophy

I believe in MCI (movement, consistency, intensity). I know how important it is to teach someone to exercise correctly and then to challenge that movement.

I believe relationships are just as important as training is. "No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care."


I have 10 years of experience in personal training and group fitness, along with 4 years of military experience in the Marine Corps.

I have studied and practiced Calisthenics, Kettlebells, Olympic Weightlifting, Running, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Functional Fitness, and Group Fitness.
