Personal Trainer Overview

"Training" is a word that gets tossed around a lot, and has become almost synonymous with exercise. The Training Effect is a very specific phenomenon that occurs when '"exercise" is taken to a whole new level. Day by day, week by week and year after year.

Training Philosophy

There is no greater motivator to people than seeing improvement. There is no substitute. If you're not seeing improvements on a weekly basis you're doing something wrong and you probably are going to drop out.

My philosophy is this: One pound of muscle burns five calories an hour, whether you're awake or asleep. It looks a lot better than fat too.
