Personal Trainer Overview
If you can't move your own body weight then you're lost in most every daily movement. I like to implement a variety of body weight exercises along with functional movement and weight training to get the greatest advancement in your training goals.
I try to stay up to date with the latest training techniques that come out almost weekly. As a trainer, it's important to mix daily workout routines to keep your body guessing. Like any other living thing, the body adapts rather quickly. In order to see improvements, you need to keep the body guessing. I do this by mixing new and old training ideas so you get the best workout every day you train.
On top of body weight exercises, mastering functional movement is key. The best tool I believe that can do this is a kettlebell. Driving from the core, you power the kettlebell into motion through driving you hips/core and create explosive power that no other training tool can generate. Just by doing a simple swing, you target strength, cardio and balance, 3 of the major core areas that are involved in almost every daily activity.

Sport Specific Training
I've been training for about 10 years now. I fell in love with this lifestyle when I was in high school and have been doing this ever since. I like to take pride in the fact that my training style is up to date and the biggest thing, to make training fun. Enjoy what you do, and there will be nothing to stop you from what you want to accomplish.
