Personal Trainer Overview

My name is Marvin Joseph, and I'm a certified personal trainer with more than eight years of experience. I currently offer online personal training services that focus on weight loss, muscle development, and core conditioning. You can access my services via Zoom or through a personal training platform.

​Some of my clients have had great success with the ketogenic and low-carb diets, but most achieved even better results with custom diet plans. Personally, I've had success managing my own weight with a vegan/vegetarian diet and am currently targeting 5% body fat with a pescatarian diet.

​With my knowledge, experience, and certifications, I will help you get into the best shape of your life. You'll start seeing noticeable results in as little as six weeks. All exercises come with detailed instructions and demos, but I can also demonstrate each one during a live-streaming session. Live sessions cost more, but all my online training plans include a weekly live-streaming progress report and mandatory exercise technique assessments at least four times a month.

Training Philosophy

​I believe in a training philosophy built on discipline, realistic expectations, and natural remedies to improve your overall health for the long term. My holistic approach to weight loss treats your well-being with the same importance as the effort you invest in each session.

​This means we’ll create a meal plan that you can enjoy, with detailed input from you. It will even include fun recipes for cheat meals you can earn by meeting your weekly goals. Based on your health report and questionnaire, I'll also ensure all your nutritional needs are met before and after each workout.

​My goal is to make your workouts as creative as possible and to teach you as we go. This ensures that you'll gain the knowledge and skills to continue living a healthy, active lifestyle long after you’ve reached your fitness goals.

Education

​In early 2025, I attended a two-month workshop at a reputable hotel in the Caribbean. This training allowed me to incorporate a variety of activities into my personal training sessions, including water aerobics, spin class, flexibility training, and Caribbean dance fit classes.
