Personal Trainer Overview

Even though recently obtaining my NASM certification in July of 2018 beginning physically active had always been important to me . Throughout my adolescence I participate in numerous sports from soccer, baseball, football, track and field, even swim team. Along the way I determined that I lacked even marginal athletic traits. I began to focus on accumulating an abundance of knowledge to improve my athletic condition. However along the way there were bumps in the road. In the summer of 2012 I was involved in a car. I was rear ended by a drunk drive who was going over 35mph while I was breaking to make a turn. The results of the accident left me with a lower back spasm. The debilitating nature of the back spasm left me unable to even a push up at 20 years old. That is where my real fitness journey began. From that point I began a series of physical therapist visits to help recover and rebuild my body. Over the next 6 years and counting I began to fully invest into improvement my body in a way that was foreign to me. I was not bench press over 200 pounds anymore. I was not squatting over 400 pounds either. However what I was doing is stepping into a realm of improving my balance, flexibility, and mobility. I gather everything I learned from Physical Therapy and ran with it. I began to incorporate all the exercises in my daily workout plan. These simple yet effective exercises were the key to regaining my body back. Over time I began to expand my knowledge on different training concepts.
