I specialize in Functional Fitness and have extensive experience with people having medical concerns. Experience includes: Cardiac and Pulmonary Conditions, Joint Replacements, Balance/ Mobility Problems, Stroke Recovery, Muscle Weakness, Hypertension, Diabetes, Weight Loss, Osteoporosis, Alzheimer's and more.
Training Philosophy
