Leah's mission is to motivate, educate, and inspire clients to get them to explore a new healthy way of living.

It is my primary goal to enhance the quality of your life through promoting and encouraging healthier living habits including the importance of proper diet and regular exercise.

Leah is a certified personal trainer through ACE. Leah also holds a Bachelor ‘s degree in Technical Management from DeVry University and an Associate’s degree in Computer Network Systems Technology from ITT Technical Institute.

As a child, Leah wasn’t taught which foods were healthy and which weren’t. After she gained the weight and had no energy, she realized it was more important than ever to start eating healthier foods, get in shape and improve the overall quality of her life, for herself and her family.

After losing 40 pounds, Leah’s life goal is now to help others improve their health, fitness, appearance and self confidence to maximize their state of well being and change their lives, as well.
