Personal Trainer Overview

Seriously Strong Training specializes in Strength Training with an emphasis in barbell exercises and technique. We teach the bench press, squat, deadlift, overhead press, clean & jerk, snatch, and any other barbell exercise you can imagine. While our focus is on barbells we incorporate dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight and gymnastic exercises into training to ensure trainees are well-rounded. We help beginners prepare for their first powerlifting or olympic weightlifting meets and we push advanced lifters to new heights.

Training Philosophy

We believe that strength training is for everyone. Strength training can be scaled to all ages, experience and ability levels. We teach basic movements such as picking things up, putting them down, pushing, pulling, squatting, and carrying. These basic human motions have a large carryover to your daily life and help us live longer, healthier lives.

Keith specializes in barbell training, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle change. He is passionate about strength training and has competed in powerlifting with a 1334lb total(1st place) at 198lbs, Olympic Weightlifting with a 200kg total at 84kg, and Crossfit(1st place). Keith graduated from FSU in 2011 with a B.S. in Business Management.
