My traing methods involve being intuitive and creative with workouts. More of an art of fitness approach vs a science of fitness.

Training Philosophy

Use of light weights, low-threshold of exertion. Get it done and then forget about it. Fitness as a way to enhance life rather than as a way of life. Less focus on numbers and statistics.

BS -Physical Education.with specializations in Kinesiology and fitness.
