Personal Trainer Overview
I specialize in goal-oriented training catered to whatever goals you have in mind. Whether it be weight loss, strength gains, bodybuilding, or functional training, together we can craft a program that works for you and I will push you to make it happen. 
Training Philosophy
I emphasize form, consistency, and nutrition to create an all-around approach for sustainable habits. I not only want to teach you HOW to do an exercise, but also WHY you do it so you can take the knowledge with you outside of the gym. 
I will push you and hold you accountable, but also support you. I coach nutrition as well via the flexible dieting/macronutrient approach and can create personalized macronutrient breakdowns for your body and goals.

Bio
Previously an athlete in my younger years, I turned to fitness after an injury and needed an outlet for my energy. I have studied and personally tried several training methods (periodization, athletic exhaustion, bodybuilding, Wendler, powerlifting), so I have firsthand knowledge on how a workout feels. I have been training for 5 years and worked with clients from age 14 to 70 at various levels of strength and fitness.
