My training philosophy is simple lets be busy more days than your not, so being active 4 days a week is a goal I like to strive for and if its 5 or 6 that's great! I believe in using all the equipment in the gym from dumbbells and free weights, cables, machines, slam balls, bosu ball and cardio equipment. I believe that you should be able to use anything in the gym if you are with me or not.

I am a ISSA certified Elite Personal Trainer which means I have met and exceeded the curriculum for the ISSA Specialist in Fitness Nutrition. ISSA Specialist in Exercise Therapy Certification as well as my ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer .I hold a certificate of Achievement in Advanced Fitness Assessment and Exercise Prescription for All Ages from the American Academy of Health and Fitness. I have been training clients since 2010.

I was a union Sheetmetal worker for 19 years in my home state of New Jersey until 2006. I moved to San Antonio and continued as a full time Sheetmetal worker until 2010 when I was certified as a personal trainer and started training clients. I became a full time trainer in 2012 and have been training full time since then. I have worked for some of the chain gyms in town and now work for myself. In May of 2018 Placed 1st in the Adela Classic Masters Division Classic Physique over 40 at the age of 51.
