Personal Trainer Overview

We use proven, scientific training methods to improve sports performance and personal fitness. Strength training, Overall work capacity, Power, Speed, Agility, and Functional Flexibility are all incorporated.

Training Philosophy

I believe a sports training or personal fitness program should include all aspects of performance or fitness to achieve the best results. These include strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, and flexibility, among other things. Proper techniques and form must be emphasized and proper progressions must be made based on the client's training history, current condition and goals to ensure consistent, injury free progress. Also, proper nutrition according to the clients needs and goals must be addressed.


I have attended classes in many different areas, some of these include; exercise physiology, kinesiology, anatomy and physiology, sports psychology, exercise techniques, athletic training and conditioning, applied exercise physiology, etc.


I have been training clients in the areas of fitness and athletics for the past 25 years.
