Personal Trainer Overview

There are no secret training methods or routines that will transform you overnight. It's not an easy fix. People need to understand that changing your body is an everyday battle that you have to fight little by little, day by day. Here at Soma Personal Training we take pride in our honest approach to training, diet and most importantly lifestyle changes.

Training Philosophy

I've been working out for almost 20 years now and I've never stopped one day in my life. Even on vacation, my wife asks, "Why don't you relax?" and my answer is "This is my lifestyle." You can't change who you are. As a personal trainer, I let my clients understand the meaning of changing your lifestyle before changing your image. Everybody can lose weight in ten days, and gain strength in twenty days, but can you keep up with it? Or after the motivation stops, you gain it all back? Every trainer can be a motivator just by standing there. Soma Personal Training goes beyond that. Through our friendly approach, we make you believe in yourself and help you see that you can change your life for the better.

Fitness and lifestyle coach, proud husband and dad, Dennis is passionate about helping people uncover themselves and empowering them through strength to reach their goals. Dennis is a Greek native who has been living in San Antonio for the past five years. His purpose is to help men and women recognize their worth, love themselves, and prioritize their health so that they can enjoy their daily life. He is not only a trainer that counts reps and sets, he encourages people to reach higher grounds through positive thinking and actions. He believes that every person is unique and is determined to prove that anyone can change for the better.
