Featherweight Fitness specializes in functional strength training for beginners, women, and older adults. My programs blend expert guidance with a supportive approach to help you get stronger, move better, and build lasting confidence—whether you train at home, online, or virtually. Every workout is tailored to your goals, your pace, and your life.

Training Philosophy

I believe strength is about more than muscle—it’s about independence, confidence, and the power to say yes to life. My training methods combine strength training, functional movement (push, pull, squat, hinge, carry, and balance), and bodyweight conditioning, with a strong emphasis on education and real-world movement. I work primarily with beginners and those returning to fitness after a break, injury, or hesitation. I use progressive strength training and movement mastery to help you feel capable—not crushed—after every session.

What motivates me is seeing clients transform—not just physically, but mentally. I don’t yell, I don’t shame, and I don’t push you past your limits—I help you redefine them. Whether you train online, in person, or virtually, I’m here to help you build momentum and keep showing up. We train smart, we stay consistent, and we celebrate the small wins that add up to something big.
