Personal Trainer Overview

ONE BODY is a private personal training studio where we are committed to your overall health and nutrition. Our single goal is to provide our clients with the finest strength training experience anywhere in Central Florida. We do not want strength training to be a one time experience, but a consistent part of your life allowing you to get the maximum value from your training.

We aim to help you achieve maximum results on a consistent basis by pushing you outside of your comfort zone! We do this by making the training efficient, effective, convenient and affordable.

We utilize the finest training equipment and bring experience, knowledge and our personal passion for strength training. Achieve results in only one to two 20 minute sessions per week!

Training Philosophy

We use a High Intensity, high recovery method to guarantee you results! All training programs are one-on-one and built custom for each client to maximize their results and help them get the body they desire. Our program is cost-effective, and only requires a 30-60 minute per week commitment.

Education

20 years experience training 60+ clients per week.

Trained in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Arthur Jones - creator of Nautilus, one-on-one experience with fitness expert Jim Flannagan, and Apex nutrition.

I have more than two decades of education and experience designing training programs. My routines are intended to maximize strength and conditioning while keeping my clients inspired and injury free. Men and women of any age and any fitness level will see and feel results quickly.
