Personal Trainer Overview

My training consist of circuit training with counted/timed exercises and rest periods utilizing body weight, barbells, kettle bells, dumbbells and machines. Attention to detail on form and pace are essential and key with my training to ensure the hour being trained is maximized.

Training Philosophy

I'm a motivator to all of my clients with involvement within the workout as well as with eating habits and accountability with consistency. I will push you beyond your comfort level and provide dynamic programing to keep the workouts interesting and for your body to never stop improving towards your fitness goals. My motivation is seeing my clients succeed with body fat loss and the changes to their body that brings them joy as well as improving their health!!

I currently reside in Round Rock Texas but have lived in the Austin area for almost 40 years. I’m an animal lover with 6 dogs and my life is driven by them and my love for fitness!!
