Personal Trainer Overview

I solely train online. However, I'm still always available to answer questions and guide you along your journey. I can help those who are beginners or need ways to improve their current training plans. Have you ever wondered, what kind of training do I do? Crossfit or cardio? Can I eat this or that? I only have 20 minutes a day, is it worth it? Regardless of what your question is, I promise I've been there. Don't make the same training or nutrition mistakes I've made. I can help.

Another concern I've faced is fitness on a budget. Gym Memberships, supplements, food, gym gear, it can get expensive. I can help you work with the essentials and keep your monthly budget in check.

Training Philosophy

My mission is to help you achieve you success. My plans are designed to give you the base and be able to create your own plan long after you've completed my plans. If you're successful, so am I. If that means you need yoga, circuits or traditional bodybuilding, I can facilitate. I tend to mostly focus on more of a "bodybuilder" style of workout (because it works) with a strong emphasis on cardio endurance and core training. This causes for significant muscle gain as well as fat loss. I believe fitness is full of functional, well rounded feats that are just waiting to be accomplished. My training will help you achieve your toughest goal you never believed possible.

I help my clients follow a IIFYM (if it fits your macros) meal plan. I give you a custom meal plan and tell you how many grams of fat, carbs and protein you should be eating everyday so if you miss on your meal plan you can still stay in check everyday.

Education

Self-education- This is significant because anyone can learn "fitness and health" from a book but my goal is to learn, from constantly seeking out the newest and greatest information.

7 YEARS AGO I HAD A COMPETITIVE VOID THAT HAD TO BE FILLED. I TURNED TO FITNESS AND HAVEN'T LOOKED BACK. I'VE WORKED WITH CLIENTS FACE TO FACE AT COMMERCIAL GYMS AS WELL AS MADE PROGRAMS FOR HOME GYMS.

4 YEARS OF THAT WAS SPENT IN THE US ARMY. THERE I LEARNED HOW TO WORK AROUND A VERY BUSY SCHEDULE AND SEE RESULTS DESPITE OF WHERE I WAS OR WHAT EQUIPMENT WAS AVAILABLE.

MY GOAL IS TO GIVE THE OPORTUNITY TO EVERYONE TO REACH THEIR FITNESS GOALS REGARDLESS OF THEIR SCHEDULE, BUDGET OR AVAILABLE WORKOUT FACILITIES. CHOOSE ME, A TRAINER WHO'S WORKED THE LONG DAYS AND HAD A TIGHT BUDGET. LET'S START TRANSFORMING NOW!
