Personal Trainer Overview
I am the owner and founder of Hot Body Fitness of San Leandro, California and have lived in the Bay Area for 15 years.
Specializing in: Weight loss and Bodybuilding programs for individuals and small groups, individual one-to-one fitness training, holistic wellness coaching, cardiovascular conditioning, core strength training, and body sculpting for all ages and fitness levels.

Training Philosophy
My goal is to give you the knowledge, power, and encouragement you need to reach yours. Physical fitness is a part of life that is essential. I strongly believe this, and practice all of my techniques and have continually proved their effectiveness on myself. I give regular lectures on nutrition and exercise in our Weight Loss Program, where the average client weight reduction is over 1 lb every week. Strong scientific theory and practical application are at the core of what I teach. My training background is diverse, and I have two distinct specialties with regard to fitness: Fat Loss & Muscle Gain. With my knowledge of exercise and nutrition, I have been able to achieve a great deal of Fat Loss and Muscle Gain for my clients and myself as well. I would be honored to be an integral part of your health and fitness strategy.

I am passionately committed to health and wellness in the community, and I really enjoy having the opportunity to promote a healthy every-day lifestyle for my clients. My primary goal is to inspire and motivate people to lead healthier, happier, longer lives by offering my knowledge through small group and individualized training programs.
I strive to provide an environment in which it is convenient, cost-effective, and fun to achieve better health and more positive life-energy. I enjoy going to daily weight training, music concerts, and visiting tropical islands.
I often make homemade Salsa, Korean kimchee, Post-workout shakes, and love preparing meals with healthy, Organic, Whole foods.
