Personal Trainer Overview

Training with me will be one of the best decisions you will ever make. I take a holistic approach to fitness, meaning we will go over your nutrition, lifestyle choices and habits, and environmental stress factors that are all playing a part in your current fitness level. We will then tailor your nutrition and workouts to what fits your lifestyle - not what will fit the masses. Everyone is different, so it only makes sense to do what will work best for you!

Training Philosophy

My personal philosophy is to find the "X" factor for each of my clients - the reason deep down that led them to wanting to make a change and the true motivation that will keep them going day after day. Life throws challenges into the mix (stress, work, family, etc) that can challenge us mentally and emotionally. I want my clients to become strong physically, but also mentally and emotionally so this lifestyle change will stick for good and so they can combat any challenges thrown at them, making them true life warriors! My goal each session is to give my clients a fun and effective workout and also lift them up to feel better and better about themselves each day. My clients are also free to call/text me for support/questions any time, any day - constant support means more chance to succeed.

Bio

I have been active and an athlete my whole life, but I never knew the proper way to exercise for my goals and also EAT to fuel my body until now. Growing up I was so focused on eating (or sometimes not eating at all) to be thin and trim, but as an athlete I was hindering my performance. Finally after many years of research, education, and certification I now have the knowledge on how to eat to feel good and fuel my body. There's so many things I wish I would have known as an athlete growing up that I want to share with young athletes now to make sure they don't make the same mistakes. We only have one body and one lifetime, so why not take care of ourselves to make sure we live the best quality of life and truly live!
