Training Philosophy

Depending on your goals, history in the gym, and injuries, meeting with a personal trainer in Denver can vary greatly. Michael’s personal training sessions are individualized based on your needs and wants. You’ll rarely repeat the same movement during your 60-minute sessions unless there's an injury. You can expect an appropriately challenging, varied workout that will improve your balance of strength and flexibility. You’ll also utilize various equipment and body movements to achieve your goals. All movements and results are recorded and analyzed to improve the efficiency of your workouts. While you exercise, Michael discusses nutrition, any challenges you face, and exercise beyond your personal training sessions in Denver and beyond. Please note that this IS NOT a Cross Fit experience. His programs are influenced by the philosophies of Gary Gray, Gray Cook, and Greg Roskopf.
