Personal Trainer Overview

As a fitness professional, I focus on bringing an educated and inspiring approach to fitness. With a background in physical therapy and an understanding of exercise physiology, I develop exercise programs that will not only make you look and feel great but allow you to live a functional and pain free life.

As part of an initial complimentary fitness analysis, a movement screen is performed. A Functional Movement Screen is a great way to uncover any compensations or muscle imbalances. Often, these discoveries are the causes of pain and discomfort. The fitness analysis helps in getting to know me, as well as gets answers to critical questions regarding your workout history and personal health.

Training Philosophy
