Personal Trainer Overview

I am a nationally certified personal trainer (4 certifications) who services Brooklyn and NYC. I specialize in, in-home personal training. I come to your residence (or building gym) with my equipment, you don't need any, and I customize a workout based on your personal fitness goals. I have trained men and women of all ages and many with medical concerns. I provide safe and effective exercise programs. I have trained people who never have exercised before to highly experienced exercisers. I also incorporate fitness boxing into the workout if desired. You don't hit a person or get hit. You hit what are called target mitts. You can see a sample of this on my website. Many people enjoy boxing. It lets off steam, stress, burns tons of calories and gets you very fit.

Training Philosophy

Mark’s fitness philosophy is simple, exercise shouldn’t just be about vanity. Of course, we all want to look our best, but it’s about maintaining our quality of life, feeling strong and confident enough to do the things we want to do and not let the aging process slow us down. He believes it is important to get the most out of life and that cannot be done without being physically fit. Mark wants you to look and feel your best.

Bio

I've been doing personal training since 1998 and started giving boxing lessons a few years ago. More recently I started doing group fitness, boot camp exercise classes. I love working with people, getting them very fit, keeping them in great shape. All my female clients can do push ups from the toes and some of the dedicated ones can do body weight pull ups. What can I say it's a fun business. I get to help people and wear sneakers and sweat pants all day.
