Personal Trainer Overview
Lane Cullimore is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He understands the need for unique specific fitness plans for individual clients, and he closely monitors progress his clients make by giving them "report cards" every 2 weeks tracking their calorie intake compared to calories burned through exercise. "it's all about crawl, walk, RUN! I progress you through the differents stages of training in a safe, progressive manner to make the results long lasting."
"It's all about your time, your budget, and your needs. I don't require long term contracts, no hidden fees, no corporate strangle holds in any way. I'm an independent trainer, and I'm in this business to help people feel good, and learn how to have fun their way in their workouts. I am constantly learning, and growing and I transfer any knowledge I gain to you, my client. We progress together, and I'm there to take away any doubts you have about where you're supposed to start! No 'Fad-Diets' or Exercises, everything is custom just for you. Based on your time, your budget, and your needs."

Lane Cullimore has lived in Utah all of his life. He grew up in a very fitness oriented environment at home. His mother worked in several different gyms throughout his youth as a Membership Sales Associate, as well as a Personal Trainer herself. So Lane spent a lot of his early years in the Day Care of Fitness Centers, as well as tagging along on certain situations. His dad, Cody, has been a marathon runner, bike enthusiast, and top athlete Police officer Lane's entire life. Lane loves learning everyday so that he can become a better teacher and trainer every single day, he doesn't believe that Personal Training is a luxury anymore, rather, it is a necessity. We're living in an age where technology is consuming our lives, making it far too easy to move less, and eat more with fatty fast food places going up faster than you can count. He helps people any way he can, with whatever payment their budget can allow. Time to change this world, and live happy, healthy lives as long as we possibly can!
