Training PhilosophyYou are a unique individual.
We begin with a fitness assessment to determine what your goals, strengths, weaknesses, and needs are. From there, I map a plan to get you where you want to go as efficiently as possible. No two people travel the same journey - it's all about what's best for YOU.
As a result, I do not sell packages or require contracts. EducationMaster of Science in Kinesiology.
