Personal Trainer Overview

Karolina is an experienced, NASM certified personal trainer, and a corrective exercise specialist, who designs individual programs for each one of her clients. She will work with you on achieving your goals, whatever they may be. What makes her approach unique is that she can skillfully blend Yoga, Pilates or TRX into your training. She dedicated many years to study and practice of yoga. Adding yoga to your workout will facilitate effective recovery, flexibility and better balance of the body and mind.

Training Philosophy

We opened our studio with one very important and yet simple goal - to make lives of other people better.

We dedicate all of our attention to each of our customers and help them achieve their goals. We take into consideration any injuries, special needs and conditions, personal fitness goals and diet to create a unique and most effective program for every person.Our view is that personal training must indeed be personal. Each person is very unique and needs a unique approach. That is why we start with a thorough fitness assessment to determine the best way of turning weaknesses into strengths. Weather you are preparing for a significant life event or recovering from past injuries, we will guide you to reach your goals in the least amount of time through safe and effective exercises. We will incorporate elements of yoga, Pilates and/or TRX into your program based on your preferences. We strongly believe in holistic approach to fitness, and want to see you get in a better shape, have stronger body, have a more relaxed mind with a program designed specifically for you.

Karolina has many years of experience working in large fitness corporations and yoga studios. Here are some of the certifications that she has as well:

I am an experienced yoga teacher and personal trainer who specializes in holistic approach to fitness. I understand the importance of mind body connection. My work is not just to make people look better, but more importantly, to make them feel better. If we feel healthy and strong it reflects in every aspect of our lives, be it our career or relationships. My objective is to empower people to live each moment with strength, confidence and peace.
