Personal Trainer Overview
There is a special need in each and every one of us that needs someone to guide us and show us even a better way of life. Connecting with clients and teaching easy techniques to focus on is my top notch specialty.
Together, Building Healthier People is my philosophy. When training my clients either in the weight room, during an active aerobics class, focusing on muscle strength and training, or simply taking the most important stretching time not only are my clients receiving utmost service but those close that Love them like crazy are also benefiting. Family is very important to me and knowing I assist in that strength is the most personal self-fulfillment for me.

Buffalo — March 31, 2012 — Local Personal Trainer and Zumba Fitness Instructor Joscelynn Baio is now offering Personal Training and Zumba Fitness Dance classes at two convenient locations in the Tonawandas. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, she offers Zumba Dance Fitness at 7 pm in the New Convenant Church Gym, 345 McConkey Drive, Buffalo, New York 14223. In addition, she holds a Zumba Toning class at 6 pm on Thursdays. Zumba Dance Fitness classes are also held at 7 pm Wednesdays and Fridays at the Payne Ave. Christian Church (PACC), 1451 Payne Ave., North Tonawanda, New York 14120.
Baio studies at AFAA, the Aerobic Fitness Association of America and is Certified to Personal Training. Baio also attended the Zumba Convention in 2011, and is licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba in the Circuit and Zumba Toning classes using Zumba toning sticks to enhance rhythm and build strength.
All Baio’s classes are only $4 each at both locations. Baio is thrilled to be offering classes at such an exceptional rate. “I did my research and no one offers classes at this price unless you commit to a gym contract with a monthly fee,” Baio said.
A portion of the proceeds from all classes will benefit both New Convenant Church and PACC.
“I feel like I am on a Zumba mission,” said Baio who has been teaching her classes at New Covenant since September 2010. Last year her classes helped raise $1600 for New Covenant and when she was approached to help the PACC in the same way, she was thrilled to offer support.
