Simply commit to our 60-Minute Boot Camp workouts 3 times per week for the duration of the session (start with the 4-week option and continue additional weeks at a discounted rate). I'm a former Marine, and have been weight training all my life. I attended Thomas College in Maine for business management and received my Personal Fitness Trainer Certification through the world-renowned International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Currently I'm working towards my degree a the ISSA College of Exercise Science and Master Trainer credentials.
