Bio
Hi! My name is Jennifer Decker. I have been involved in fitness and wellness for quite some time. Although I have always been active, my dive into an integrated fitness program and nutritional plan was actualized around age 14 when I became a member of my highschool Marine Corps JROTC. To evade the possibility of this becoming a long drawn out bio page, I will simply say that my personal experiences have given me a passion for fitness and overall wellness! Ten years later I launched a campaign to Konquer! and to assist those around me to Konquer fears and insecurities of body, mind, and life! Currently I am a certified personal trainer and continuing my educational experiences.
