Hello my name is Jeff Poeira and I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years in one form or another, as a fighter, player, trainer, massage therapist. I have over 8 years of experience in fire and EMS service, with 21+ years experience in Martial arts, MMA, & Kickboxing. My goal is to assist others in reaching their fitness goals.
