The Kettle Corps training philosophy is centered on the understanding that developing a body from the inside out starts with the right mindset (Inside). You must first adjust your beliefs, then adjust your behaviors (out) to see results. A healthy belief that your body deserves the best fuel leads to the healthy behavior of pursuing healthy nutrition. It then continues with a well-balanced fitness program that challenges your mental toughness first (inside) then, through constant progression, your physical toughness. Kettle Corps workouts also develop your body’s muscles stabilizers (inside), which support the function of all major muscle groups and joints (out).

“Train on purpose” -Kettle Corps Philosophy

Its not enough to just do it, we must do it right. This means halfway done reps won’t get you there, poor form won’t get you there, and mindless motion won’t get you there. To get where you want to be physically, you must train on purpose. The Kettle Corps program utilizes something called, Technical Progression Training (TPT) which simply means you can ONLY progress by using proper form.
