Tough Fitness got into the fitness business by simply taking something that we absolutely loved and finding a way to do it everyday. Our passion isn’t found in a paycheck, but rather in bringing happiness and results to our cleints. We value our relationships with our clients and believe it is one of the most important aspects of what we offer. Two weeks after he graduated from high school Evan joined the Marine Corps . Tours to Iraq and Africa along with endless hours of training as a Marine Corps Martial Arts (MCMAP) and Fitness Instructor had now become his priority. Training the worlds elite through combat conditioning and martial arts instruction came natural. As a Sergeant he developed his ability to lead and motivate others which set him apart from his peers. After 8 short years it was time to move on to something new and exciting. In December 2012 Evan decided to hang up his boots and started Tough Fitness, LLC. The skills he acquired from years of training Marines along with certifications from Cooper Institute and the American Council on Exercise enabled him to start and grow his personal training business without ever having to work under a gym. A naturally vibrant personality and serious passion for helping others set him apart from the saturated market of personal trainers in the Dallas area. Tough Fitness has now grown to employ multiple part-time trainers and has helped countless people change not only their bodies, but their lifestyle and mindsets as well. There's something really special in the way Evan motivates his clients to accomplish things they never thought possible. A no excuses attitude perfectly coupled with a genuine care and attention to detail is what keeps Tough Fitness clients around for years. Evan's hybrid system incorporates a many different training styles and exercises to form a unique, functional and high intensity routine with a major focus on mind to muscle connection and effective movement. Evan's signature high intensity method allows him to produce results for anyone with a current exercise base.
