Personal Trainer Overview

We utilize a one to one program of goal setting, results tracking and evaluation, in conjunction with a personally developed fitness routine (based upon a foundation of protocols and trainer inspired exercises) to maximize your health and overall wellness.In addition to personal training, we offer nutrition counseling. Our on-staff licensed Nutritionist will guide you to develop new and healthier habits.

Training Philosophy

Our system is based on a 10 exercise, 30-minute routine of intense strength repetitions, supplemented by trainer specific exercises utilizing fun and innovative techniques, equipment and cardio components.
